I was renting office space from a landlord who had his heating and cooling hooked up to my electrical box. My bills were outrageous, and when he was approached, he deducted from the monthly rent amount. But he failed to correct the problems within the building. Ron Prichard, the owner of the building, and an insurance agent refused to provide information requested according to guidelines. He then obtained an attorney who sent a letter to BB&T, and my account was placed on administration hold. I was not aware of this process because his attorney held my copy of the letter for a week.
She also tried to get the hearing that I requested and was granted by the judge. He would not allow this. However, the court date was rescheduled, and he was given more money than the judge ordered. Due to the code sites according to the state governing law, I want to be reimbursed for the money taken from my account and for the charges incurred.
