Fraudulent Charges Not Removed Despite Promise Made to Federal Judge

Select Portfolio adds fraudulent charges on our mortgage statement and refuses to remove them. This causes late payment charges to add up. They told a Federal judge in court that they would remove the charges, but 4 months and 3 phone calls later, it still hasn't happened. Don't ever do business with them.
