Honey Apple Baby Wash Caused Rash on Granddaughter's Body

I bought this product for my grand daughter, I put it in her bath and she broke out in terrible rash from the product.

Have used J&J products for yrs with my own children as well but this was awful, not a little rash or hives but her entire body waist down from being in the tub water with the product
