I receive text message alerts for anything drafted from my bank account. Two days ago I had a mysterious MSFT Billing charge in the amount of 21.46 that I knew I did not make myself. I called my husband and verified with him that he had not charged anything through MSFT.
We do have Xbox Live, but the monthly amount for the bill had just come out a little less than a week ago (plus this is not even the same amount), so them accidentally charging double for the monthly bill is not an excuse. This is insane, and I will fight to get our money back. This is hard-earned money that they are just freely stealing from people.
