Company Withdrew $29.95 From My Bank Account, No Refund Yet

I was looking for a personal loan online. I checked my bank account, and this company withdrew $29.95 from it. Two companies have done this to me. One is giving me a refund, but this one has not yet contacted me back. I do not advise anyone to look for a loan online. If you need a loan, I advise you to go to Plain Green Loans. They are the best.
