Handbags arrived damaged or missing in UK, $129 order

I placed an online order on July 12 for three enameled leather print flower handbags (in red, black and ivory). I paid $43 each, a total of $129 for the three handbags. The order number is 1010751933.

According to AliExpress's Buyer Protection System, payments are only released to the seller once the buyer confirms satisfactory delivery. Unfortunately, they did not follow this policy in my case. They charged my debit card on the day I placed the order, before getting any confirmation from me regarding satisfactory delivery.

Out of the three handbags, only one arrived in the UK intact. The black handbag, tracking number RA589750616CN, arrived in the UK in an open parcel with a damaged handbag inside. The ivory handbag, tracking number RA589750854CN, arrived in an empty parcel. The ivory handbag was missing, and instead there was a Chinese karaoke CD. The parcel was wrapped in a clear Royal Mail plastic bag indicating that it arrived in the UK damaged and with a missing item, so Royal Mail cannot investigate missing parcels arriving from overseas. It is the seller's responsibility to investigate it with their post office.

I took a picture of the damaged black handbag, the wrapping of the empty parcel and the Royal Mail note. I emailed it to the seller and sent a printout by recorded delivery at the same time. The seller kept messing about and refused to cooperate. I filed a dispute and complaint, but they are just not being honest with me so far. I found out that similar bad experiences happened to other customers. Please help!
