I think something should be done about this company, because they have a lot of complaints. This happened to my husband and me too, with the credit cards, and not only one credit card. It happened with the Xbox 360. For this reason we buy the game and prepaid cards, and when my son tried to use one of the cards, they grabbed half of the money.
