Refund Refused For Pizza, Manager Cites Camera Footage

I tried in vain to return a pizza and I was told after 4 days that I had it, they would not refund my money. I called and talked to the general manager and she said I would not get my money back because I was on camera tearing up there sign. Not true, please help!!!
