Citi Bank Cards
Lottery email offered $190 million and asked for Western Union

I received about 5 emails from Jim and Carolyn McCullar, the large lottery winners of one hundred ninety million dollars. At first I did not bother to read the mail, but after so many came I decided to read them all. They said that they were making a large donation to me through Citibank Ukraine, and they sent information on how I should follow the bank instruction for an easy transfer to my bank. I followed all the instructions and was given at least four release dates, which were constantly being changed. I then forwarded all the emails to Jim and Carolyn, with no reply.

I was in contact with the guy who claimed to be the chief accounting officer (local/foreign). My last contact was Monday, June 4th. I was told the security had put my money on hold because I was not a local resident, and it would be released in 12 hours, which was Monday. I get no response to phone or email.

Here is more information they used: phone 38 (063) 1603304, fax 38 (093) 2118802. I was given two different names to send Western Union money to: 1st Asoro James, 2nd Luke Ezema.
