This company sent me a package that I did not order. I explained this to them, but they insisted that I ordered their product on December 13 at 12:30 am. This is impossible. I tried asking to speak to a supervisor and was told that they did not have a supervisor on the floor that I could speak to regarding my concerns.
I was told that if I did not return the product, they would charge my credit card $119.00. I did not order the product to begin with, yet they charged my credit card $18.80 without my permission, and it cost me $25.00 to return the product to them. This company is taking people's credit card numbers and charging them without their permission. Something needs to be done about how this company is allowed to do business in the manner in which they do.
I would like this looked into, and I would like my money refunded in the amount of $43.80. I did not order the product, and I feel that I should not have to pay this money for something I did not order and do not want.
