Account Wrongly Reported as Included in Bankruptcy on Equifax Report

This company reports an account as "included in bankruptcy" repeatedly on my Equifax report even though there was no account with them included in bankruptcy and I owe them nothing! They have hijacked my credit report and it's obviously deliberate!
