My GMAC mortgage was sold to Midland Mortgage in November 08, as Warren, in Michigan, was, and it has been the worst mortgage company I have had in the 15 years of my 30-year mortgage. I have received no payment book, and I called to make the payment over the phone and they wanted to charge me $20.00! I cannot use the internet to make payments. This is the mortgage company from Hell!
How can we move our mortgage to someone else without having to refinance and all of that? I am worried about my line of credit, as stated by Veronica from Austin, TX. This is a very serious matter, and we all need some serious guidance before something major happens! Please help me with any suggestions. I advise all who deal with them to use some form of tracking to keep up with payments, etc. Thank you for allowing us this site to share and see other rip-off or bad experiences with businesses.
