In July Citi embezzled my payment and waited a month and a half to let me know that it didn't exist. Then they reduced the credit limit and sent out a letter that states, "Your balance is too high in comparison to your limit."
Talk about fraud, theft and cover-up. Do not bail these scumbags out. They steal and get away with it by ruining credit. A flawless score down the tubes.
