These people keep giving me the run-around and had the nerve to tell me to pay 543 dollars and some cents, and then they could do something about it. I kept telling them I didn't authorize these payments. They weren't paid, but I still have to pay for them being returned. They wouldn't give me the supervisor's number or the corporate number, just an address.
What really made it bad is that one of the BB&T supervisors laughed at me. I was in my crying mode because I was so mad, but I stayed calm until she had the nerve to laugh at me. Now my account is on block, and I can't access it.
