We pay an extra fee to have our recycling picked up and supposedly taken to a recycling center. My wife has noticed that the last several times our recycling was picked up by the trash truck. We called WM to straighten this out and were informed that since our material was picked up they didn't see a problem with our service. We have since cancelled our recycling service.
