Disney needs to reexamine how it approaches its' treatment of overweight actors. It bullies and makes fun of most of them and they are wrong for doing this. I am 12 years old and even I can see that this is wrong! I have a complaint about some of the stereotypes about "large" people, especially kids, that some of the Disney channel shows, like A.N.T. Farm, have created. Two of the characters on A.N.T. Farm that are being used as stereotypes are Hippo and Angus. A lot of their lines suggest that they carry around food with them where ever they go and that they always eat unhealthy food. I'm overweight and I don't carry food around with me. And I'm not constantly thinking about food. Disney should be discouraging obesity, not mocking it!
These comments suggest that all that "larger" people think about is food and that is very frustrating to me. I know that your writers and producers would never mock or stereotype a specific ethnicity, can you please explain to why it is ok to make fun of someone who is fat??? I thought stood behind the anti-bullying movement but these shows just promote it. They make it ok. Disney you should be ashamed for making fun of any child!!! It's not funny to make fun at the fat kid's expense.
