Good Feet inserts at 300 bucks are an outrageous rip off. There are several online and eBay stores that sell the same stuff for about 99, and they send you molds and so on to step in and do a better job than the Good Feet stores.
I use the Good Feet insert, essentially bought from the manufacturer without the middleman and their overhead. It worked OK for me, but I have an arch that needs more and more support, so I need bigger and bigger ones. I am so used to wearing them, and I was in such pain before getting my first orthotic, that afterward I never felt any pain. It was relief all the way.
