Sprint has two different companies. Also I pay $10.00 for insurance and they want me to pay $50.00 to replace my old phone. Assurance is a different company from sprint, but yet they can charge $500 for not sending back the old phone when u pay them $10.00 a month.
And Sprint makes you pay to cancel and you unhappy with their service. Sprint is a ripoff company and lies a lot. They are money hungry.
If you have sprint stop putting up with them. Customer for the last four years. Four years ago it was a great company, but now it is just down the drain.
