Billed for Receiver and Remote After Cancelling Order

I was told I would not receive a bill because I cancelled my order. I received a bill in the mail because I used visa gift cards. The equipment the receiver and remote control their are no returns or refunds by their customer service department. It cost $150.00 dollars current charges $248.98 dollars adjustments $10.00 dollars taxes $17.43. I got bill total due by january. 24 $106.41 dollars. I was lied to and their very deceitful. The sales people get a commission and hourly wage. They should be closed down by Illinois state attorneys office and reported to the Better Business Bureau in Illinois
