Beware of fake negative reviews on www.sitejabber.com. They post more negative reviews to get a higher rank in Google. They are supposed to serve consumers' interests, running this project on consumers' money (they got a grant), but they serve their own mercantile interests.
Their moderators delete positive reviews despite what their terms in the FAQ state. They make your business look bad by posting more and more fake negative feedback.
Moderators not only delete reviews but also abuse people who leave positive feedback. Shame. Shame. Shame.
