Auction Cancelled With Three Hours Left After Three Votes

Recently I submitted an item to Yahoo's auction. It was listed for 7 days, and when there were 3 hours left until the auction closed, it was cancelled by customer service. They have a feature called "neighborhood watch" where anybody can go in and vote against your auction, and with 3 votes they cancel it. They said it was a violation of the "terms of service," so I reread the terms of service 3 times and have yet to find anything that I did wrong.

I called Yahoo customer service to find out what the problem was. They were very rude and did not care about my problem, and said that since it was a violation of the terms of service (which it wasn't), they couldn't help me. I demanded my money back, and they refused. The problem I have with this is that they accepted the auction, let me spend extra money featuring the item, and then turned around and cancelled it and kept my money. They are a ripoff!

They are so big they don't care. This so-called neighborhood watch is totally broken. There is no way for them to regulate it. People who have been cancelled before and who had legitimate auctions can go in and cancel your auction just to get back at Yahoo, which I think is happening. Go to eBay and let Yahoo know that this will not be tolerated anymore. Ripoffs! Crooks! Thieves!
