Rude Employee and Extremely Long Wait in Line, Gave Up

I have always received poor customer service at this store because of one employee who was always rude and discourteous to me. Today, I shopped at this store and had to wait an extremely long time in line. Finally, I gave up and went to PetSmart down the street.
