Online Order Support in Philippines Has Language Barrier

Good luck with customer service if you have a problem with a Petco product ordered online. Guess where customer service is located? Yes, the Philippines! It is so ridiculous to try to get through the language barrier, let alone the date and time difference. I am very disappointed and will not shop there again.
