Eli Lilly Patient Assistance Program
Cymbalta assistance denied because of Medicare eligibility

I have been on disability for 3 years and am taking Cymbalta 60 mg for damage done to nerve endings due to chemotherapy. Now Eli Lilly tells me that because I am eligible for Medicare, I cannot get my medication. I am not on Medicare Part B because I cannot afford the monthly premium, and now I have to do without this medication.

Their Patient Assistance Program is a fraud for anyone over the age of 62. They should be reprimanded for discrimination against those aged 62 and older. We all know they can afford the programs. They need to be called on this fraudulent practice of saying they have patient assistance for medications. This is not true.
