For some reason I have been receiving someone else's mail from Humana of Kentucky. I even called them and let them know that no one by that name or address lives here. They said the only way they can change that is if the person whose name is on the mail authorizes it. I have even sent the mail back to them, and they still send it to me. Humana refuses to help. What is wrong with these people? Don't they understand English? How can someone use your personal address if they are a member of Humana and get away with this? I guess they just like wasting tons of paper for nothing. Talk about harassment!
