Will not refund my credit after using budget plan

A few years ago I enrolled in the budget plan at my residence. The budget plan makes it so you pay the same amount on your energy bill every month for the whole year and depending on your use of energy use adjusts every spring up or down. The problem came when we rented out our house and changed the billing over to the tenants. At that time we had a credit on our bill of over a hundred dollars. I have called consumers energy 3 times and emailed them 3 times about getting a check for the credit on our account from the budget plan payments we made. Customer service just keeps telling me that the check has been sent for processing. I have not seen a check and we transferred the service on Nov. 1st of 2008. This has been well over 3 months and no check. On the last call the customer service they said they can't do anything but put an order in for a check. I need someone to physically go to the billing or write me out a check. I want my check! It is not a whole lot of money but just principal for me at this point.
