Ordered tickets from Ticket Solutions for a musical in NYC. Site listed tickets as Center Orchestra and priced accordingly.
The tickets I recieved were not anywhere near the listed location. Not even close. After informing Ticket Solutions that I was sent the wrong tickets, I was told "we have incurred a significant expense to acquire those tickets, and althougth they are wrong you can still get in.
They refused to refund my money or even a portion to compensate for the difference in location.
