Scrapbook needs Don't buy from them unless you want to pay for nothing!

Made a $60 purchase (including $9 in shipping) on July 26; received an email right away with a confirmation number.

About two weeks later, I became anxious about this shipment because two packages I ordered from two other merchants after this one had already arrived. So on August 6, I emailed back to the same address that sent me the initial purchase confirmation, and inquired about my shipment.

A full week later, I have not heard as much as a sound from them. I kept checking my inbox, junk box, any box, and I searched my entire email with the email address, but I still got nothing.

On August 13, I attempted another email, warning this merchant that if I were not to hear from them in two days, I would file for a dispute on the credit card charge along with a BBB complaint. After that, I performed a Google search and found all these links citing complaints against this merchant. "Uh oh" was what came to my head.

I proceeded to immediately call my credit card company to dispute the charge; they said I need to wait till the first 30 days have passed, just to give merchants the benefit of the doubt. That means, I'll have to wait another two weeks to dispute that charge.

So then I went to BBB to file a complaint, and joined a Facebook "group" that is specifically targeting this merchant (https://www.facebook.com/ScrapbookNeeds). Registered here to post a review; planning to post a zero-star review on Yelp as well after this. Moreover, I was instructed by the aforementioned Facebook user/group to file a complaint with FTC (Federal Trade Commission: http://www.ftc. Gov/bcp/index. Shtml) as well as IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center: http://www.ic3. Gov/faq/default. Aspx).

This merchant—ScrapbookNeeds.com—is beyond poor customer service. Taking someone's money without sending them the product (s) as promised is bad business practice. But getting this into a habit? Now we're talking about fraudulent or even criminal activity! With all the personal information that I have submitted to them (name, address, credit card number), who knows what these shady people would do to compromise my identity and/or financial health?

Together, we shall all take action and crack this place down, so no one else shall fall victim to it anymore.
