I bought a piece of land 120 Acres in Duschesne, Utah from [email protected] in 2005 with a price tag of $31500 with 10% down payment that was $3750 $70 doc/filling. This land was owner's finance and I paid dawn payment and $360/month.in October I received a letter from Duchesne County, Utah that this land was created in violation.
I contacted him over the phone and told him about the letter. He said that he sold land from same track to several other people and I was the only one who was having problem with this land. As he requested, I sent him a copy of the count letter with a request to fix this problem with the county. I never got a satisfactory answer from Mr. Kent Taylor.in May I sent him the installment for May and a hand written note that if he will not correct the problem then I'll stop on payment and he would have to return my money.
He neither fixed the problem nor returned my money $30210.
I am a poor women and he is a rich guy and don't know what to do. I would appreciate your help in this matter and kindly warn people so that they wouldn't fall in the same trap and lose their hard earn money.
