This company sent me an email advising my domain was expiring. The way they worded their message I thought it was the company I was doing business with so I sent money to renew my subscription. It didn't seem like I had been with my company that long though. When I realized I'd been taken I requested a refund. They were very cordial and kept telling me they would refund me that day. After two months and several phone calls they did refund me.
They claim to be the fastest growing Domain Registrar. I'm sure they probably are since the change people over without the clients realizing they are changing companies. Additionally, they change you over before your domain is close to expiring which cost you more money.
Stay away, they are tricky.
