I took out a payday loan in oct.
Recently i am being called daily with threats of jail an huge fines if i do not pay.
I also had fallen into finANCIAL DEBT due to surgery and what not as i had a stroke.
My insurance will not cover the 2000 deductable i have and i told them this. They are still demanding money
i also did record entire convo so i have it on tape. I belive they are breaking alot of FCRA laws ut not sure
they say they are with federal recovery group.
What rights do i have?
