Awful From the Start

I am purchasing a condo and called to set up my free internet (included in my monthly fees) and cable service provided through DirecPath. The 1st person and 2nd I spoke with gave me different prices. The fees they were quoting were high compared with what DirectTV was charging.in fact in many cases it was free with DirectTV and they were charging me. I was told if I had a problem with the service once set up I would have to go to DirectTV to fix it. These people are running a racket. My 1st order when I close on my unit will be to be at every condo board meeting and fight to get on the board and my 1st order of business will be to get DirecPath thrown out of my complex. I am so frustrated after speaking to these 2 folks I will forgo any cable rather than have to deal with them. I of course will take my free internet. Even though from what I am reading here sounds like it will be my next nightmare. Thank God I have an aircard. If the purpose of your business is to anger every client you touch you are doing a great job! Please close down!
