This internet service sucks... Constantly goes out on us and recently asked the neighbors who have this service and THEY HAVE ALL SWITCHED TO AT&T and so are we. None of them report any problems after switching... Call all the time in the recent past and nothing changes except my wasting precious time awaiting to talk to someone WITH NO KNOWLEDGE!
