I spent 3 hours trying to contact Uverse ATT today to explain my problem. I was forwarded to some company in India that tried to charge me to solve my problem. I know the solution I just need somone to do it for me. Why should I pay to make Uverse work for me? Also why was I not told there was a charge when I was transferred to this "department" in India?
It is a scam and then it took me another hour trying to reach anyone to complain with no sucess at all.
