Terrible - voiced to via phone three times regarding after I could be getting videos/dvd back. Required day-off function simply to discover they hadnt been delivered as guaranteed. While called woman simply stated 'nicely was not me u talked to recently therefore not my issue. 3 months today but still have not got them.
