No unstable signal - Cable TV

Hello disney playhouse! Im xtian from phillipines! I have a son caleb who love your shows in playhouse. But my son caleb is so sad right now. Because its been 3 days theirs no shows in our channel in playhouse disney channel. The tv screen flash always NO UNSTABLE SIGNAL hope you can do something to get back the channel here in Cagayan de oro city phillipines. Thanks!
