Very bad customer service

After I registered for support on 6-20, the repetition did not advise me that I had a need to submit a death certification for my dead grandmother who owed a stability of $54.20. It was not my stability, however it was attached to my name. I received no telephone call or mail declaring this or that their was a hang on my bill. The technology arrived on 6-21 and invested more than 5 hours establishing support when he discovered the store. Upon calling to determine concerning the store and looking after the store which wasnot quarry within the first-place, the very first repetition, Tyran, was rude and confirmed no empathy for that scenario. He, additionally, stored placing me on mute throughout the phone, that will be poor customer support.
