I registered for direcTV support on the promational offer that's a two-year agreement. The very first year at 29.95 per month and also the second-year at 69.95approximately per month. The issue I've is the fact that to be able to get that cost you've to use to get a refund from their store online. So thats what I did or atleast I thought I did so. Today they're saying used to do not make an application for the refund within 3 months and that I do not get the guaranteed promational price I've to pay for top dollar and that I would need to spend 400.00 to stop their support. They're the toughest organization I've actually delt with they simply say we've no report of you appling for that refund and today you've to pay for top dollar plus they wernt actually thinking about what I'd to express about this. The reson I changed from Comcast was to conserve some cash on my Television statement. However now itis likely to price more for less service and horrible customer support. Avoid DirecTV!!!
