Dish Network dispatched their technician "The Q Tech" to do the dish repair in my house. When the technician arrived my house, asked me to sign a blank invoice and credit card slip, saids it's for "VERIFICATION ONLY", saids he need those paper be signed to show the company that he's in my house and do the repair. Under the "DishHome Service Plan which I had with Dish Network, I have to pay $15.00 for every technician visit. But one month later, "The Q Tech" charge my credit card $100.00 for that visit. So I am ended up have to pay both Dish Network and his technician. Is this a scam.
