I opened an account with Time Warner Cable in Dec. 2010 and have very bad reception almost every day. Pixelating, no audio, black screen and garbled sound. I guess I had a TW Technician checking the problem about 12 times and was told each time that the signal is good and I shouldn't have any problems. I also was told that the problem is from the TV station only it's on almost all stations. Checking with my neighbors I found those that have Time Warner have the same bad reception. Is there some one in the State (SC) or Federal i could have look into this problem?
