We contacted Charter Cable co., advising them that channel 9 sound is not close to being understandable. Charter advised us that they cannot deal with it as it is a problem of the sound provider - KCPM! We pay for tv channels, with neither Charter nor KCPM correcting this ridiculous sound problem, which has been going on since about March 24. Programming we have been watching on KCPM is un-watchable, and is an affront to us, as no one seems to care about the paying customer's concerns.
