I've been a VIZIO client since 2007 having bought a number of their models. Being an extremely happy client since early 2007 I had been onlt ALSO pleased to drop for VIZIOs solicitation to market me a VF55XVT VIA roughly twelve months before included in A UNIQUE present where I'd accept take part in a six-week "study" plan that I'd obtain a $200 discount off retail cost PLUS get a VIZIO Soundbar along with a dvd-player on conclusion. However, beginning approximately Dec Jan this collection began a repeat of of the issues believed fixed from the support phone. From that time it's getting steadily worse to the stage to be frustrating beyond explanation. I named VIZIO approximately 14 days before and was recommended they'd put up another support phone to repair the issue. The collection was currently out-of guarantee by many weeks but I had been informed from the Technology Department they might repair the problem in whatever way. After apprx 14 days I noticed nothing back so nowadays 2/15 I started the "exercise" of discovering why I'd not seen from anybody. It's currently 9:15pm same-day percentage after I obtain a phone from "NELL, Logo #7001" who today recommends me this faulty $2000 VIZIO item is completely "regular". We returned and forth that she steadfastly declared that my collection is "regular".
Actually I had been approximately per month absent of purchasing the most recent VIZIO 65" 3D VIA collection, a $3400 product. I'll be moving on that product in support of a far more reliable and trustworthy producer like SONY, Samsung, Or Mitsu.

Today in the end this time around I've established they have lied in my experience using their guarantee to correct this collection. I can't THINK I permitted m, yself to obtain suckered in by VIZIO and that I regret every hard earned nickel I've taken care of their item.
I intend to bombard the greatest officials at VIZIO with needs to return my apprx $2000 for this "regular" collection. I understand thet will fight me however in the finish this can, actually, visit judge. I'm that furious. I can't manage to $2000 to get a collection that's garbage after just one year.
