I requested a DVD straight from DVD Magnet in late July and not received it. I purchased from their website thru Amazon previously and not had an issue, possibly since you may charge their efficiency this way... So that they are overlooking the numerous communications I've delivered them during the last 3 months. They evidently do not provide a garbage about customer support also tho they tell contact them with any concerns you've. Arrived at think about it, they did not say they'd really REPLY the concerns, did they...
Anyway, CAVEAT EMPTOR of those douche-bags.
