Worst service - ALL

I switched to directv and had them for 5 days, when I decided to go back to my old carrier I was then informed of a 2 year contract (that had not been mentioned before this) and that by canceling service I also forfet the over $300 in deposits I'd already paid to them plus for canceling I now would also owe another $460 for the contract I new nothing about. I was miss informed of everything including what I needed at installation. Now they have called me back and told me they can wave the $460 but I will get none of my other money back. Plus they are now going to automatically take the money due for the 5 days I had service off of my credit card and when I told them no they could not due that and I would send it to them they told me that was not possible. I would never recomend them to anyone and I would tell everyone to stay away.
