Poor service and response

I obtained a prize card to protect my cost for splitting a to change to AT&T. I applied half o fthe vehicle immediately and waited before last evening before termination to make use of the remaining. Sadly, the card (worth $43 by this time around) was rejected since it was terminated (though it did not end till oneday later based on AT&T).

I called customer support plus they originally stated that it had been my problem since

A. I applied the card after termination (used to do not)

W. Used to donot enter the expiration properly (The declination originated from an automatic pay device in a gasoline stop and that I was not requested for that termination)

And lastly,

D. Used to donot contact customer support instantly (I attempted, these were shut)

I had been ultimately provided a brand new card for that rest of my incentive that was suitable in my own brain. There have been costs nevertheless totalling $17 for reissue. Although $17 is not a wide range of cash, it's horrible policiy the support broker could not renounce this charge. I am currently recalling why I was hesitant to change to AT&T within the first place.
