I feel I was misled by the representative on the phone

I registered Direct Television in 2005 because of being disappointed with my cable business. Only last month I terminated my support from their store since it merely costs a lot of. This past year my partner needed a DVR. I relectantly got her one. After I terminated my support they explained that I'd a deal. I've yet to determine a duplicate of the agreement that I closed. They suggest that all this was on their site. Finished was I never employed their site to register for this extra support. The consultant didn't inform me anything about any agreement that's termination charges. I owed them $220 that we experience is extremely unjust since I have never had a with the organization to start with. They'll not return it. I believed their support was good-and did previously suggest it to buddies, but following this I can't suggest them to anyone. I'm I was fooled from the consultant about the telephone and truly regret the way in which I Have been handled as well as for spending this charge throughout a period I can't afford it!
