1) Extra charges including charging you for the paper bill and added GST on top of the cap, plus to access voicemail and speak to customer consultants!
2) The incredibly frustrating Voice recognition system LARA
3) The customer consultants who refuse to help stating they will call you back
4) Frequent drop outs in the network - calls being automatically diverted to voicemail (which you are then charged to access) and charged again when you try to call and change that system!
5) No avenue to make complaints or options to end contract
Please save yourself the hassle and join another network better yet lets go back to messages in bottles!!!
