Direct TV
Invalid charge

I’ve only found a mistake on my bill. There's a fee for a 49.95 boxing battle. Used to do not purchase, or have I actually requested any boxing fights. I named the “customer service” point (never any aid) plus they are informing me this cost is from something which occurred in 2006. What type of total and complete lunacy is that this?! Even when I did so purchase anything in why the-hell could it be turning up last year!? 3 YEARS! AGAIN, I've not, haven't requested any boxing events…that is Quantity 1…. Quantity 2…. Regardless of when this occasion happened, whichever, it ought to be REMOVED MY ACCOUNT. This really is insane! What type of program is that this? THIS CAN BE A FRAUD TO OBTAIN CASH! Do I've to stop Direct TV entirely and opt for Comcast? Everyone is switching…why shouldn’t I, they don’t appear to have these terrible “customer service” and “billing” problems.

Therefore, I required this cost BE STUDIED OFF MY STATEMENT INSTANTLY! And all I got was a scripted study from customer support which I've to create directly into another division simply to delay 2 more months... Completely I still have an unacceptable stability due. The client (myself) is what maintains Direct TV afloat…the least they might do is provide the client the things they request for…so that you simply maintain the customer…what an idea.

I'm pissed that I've togo through such measures simply to acquire some aid—along with spending for anything I didn’t purchase or you men may reduce me down. Why isn’t this something which the “customer service” people are designed for? It’s like they carefully set people up for bullshit. They are able to do something using the drive of the key or even the switch of the change but I've to create characters and watch for individuals to contact me back, who never call back. I simply returned to Direct TV which may be the cheers I get?!
