Hi,

My title is Sheena Ruegamer. I used 45 minutes on January 28 with many reps looking to get my support disconnected. I've been a person since May. This past year my partner got a DVR (which we never employed that function.) when he talked using the consultant for connecting the brand new recipient, no body described he desired another 2-year agreement. He purchased the recipient from a certified Direct TV equipment supplier from EBay.

On that evening, I informed the reps that I shifted from that tackle in Mesa AZ. 85207 to a different handle that currently has Strong TV. That I needed to remove the service since my spouse and that I are divorcing and he doesn't need the support.

They led me to mail and create for them detailing my situation. I sent them-and I obtained a notice later declaring that I owed Direct TV for early termination in addition to a DRV recipient. Our statement totals $845.68

I called them again to solve the problem and invested another 45 units on phone with another "quality boss" who stated the same point. I owe for an earlier termination, in addition to recipient (that I've a bill for!)

I had been ready to alter my support wants with Qwest, the water organization and also the electrical, I actually donot understand why it has to become so hard or costly having a business that I caused for nearly 4 years. I'd expect better from the nationally-known organization like them.
