They are screwing my 92 yr. Old Mom!

I'm trying to recommend for my nearly-93-year old Mother who's a-2 year client of Direct TV. She explained they maintain increasing her prices, getting her charge card more $ every month. I began calling them nowadays at 9am Cali period and quit at 12:20pm! More than 4 hours looking to get a "Boss" to consult with me, receiving hung-up on (twice), and complete disrespect, no love or empathy. At the conclusion, the 4th individual explained ostensibly, "therefore stop should you choosenot enjoy it." After I move online they're marketing exactly the same "Strategy" my Mother is spending nearly $64 for, at $29.99 for their newest "unique offer" that will be only a lure & change seriously. They suck-you in, subsequently reduce the growth. I'd like her to change to Dish Network, but I study online that they're just like poor. Are they? She enjoys the "Strategy" they've her on, but she is living on a fixed-income and can't afford to keep spending greater and higher prices. Are these folks damaged? They appear therefore in my experience, by how they have handled me about the telephone today. I'm just below visiting for some months, and when Mother attempts to telephone them (she doesn't move online!) she can never actually obtain a LIVE INDIVIDUAL, not to mention A! She's placed on store to get a 1/2 time, then provides up, weighs up and it is really unfortunate & frustrated, when I am at this time. Support!
